SIX SIMPLE SECRETS TO STUDY THE BIBLE
( Part V)
The fifth secret is called the repetition, and it is very dear because it is very tedious and takes a long time. But if you need to study the Bible well. God repeats things in His Word because He knows we need it and that repetition helps.
And finally you can still read once again! But mostly LEE, words and phrases do not jump, but discipline your mind and eyes to be reading every verse and every word by looking at the verse again and again. Repeat this process not only helps your memory, but also helps your observation of the text, small details that would otherwise escape you. Have you not heard anyone say that after reading something several times, he suddenly noticed something he had not seen before? Well, so does the repetition, but is a step in the study of the Bible that most people skip, looking for a shortcut or thinking is not important, and so are harmed themselves. And if they are teachers of the Word, not only harm themselves but also to their listeners.
The sixth secret is not very deep or mysterious, because it simply is: take note! But you must do it literally. The notes are a tremendous help in the study. First, when you point something, you got caught and not have to trust your memory on both. Remember this: "Better safe ink that memory loose.
Perhaps this is partly the reason for the statement to the king in Deuteronomy 17:14-20. Verses 18-19 say: " And when you feel on the throne of his kingdom, he shall write for himself in a book a copy of this law, the original is in the care of the priests the Levites, and it will get, and read in him every day of his life, to learn to fear the Lord your God ... " Having read and write to make a copy, was something that served to fix the Word of God in the king's mind . When we read and write, is to make a copy, as the king had to do, or our observations and notes as students, this exercise is an aid to memory. Every good teacher knows that seeing, hearing and writing are key steps in learning. This is why advisable to take notes when you listen to any sermon, because it is well established that you retain information better.
There are those who boast of their memory and almost laugh at those who take notes. But there was a case history of a preacher who illustrates to us the contempt ruling notes. It was the preacher, a man in his sixties, to the house of a young preacher. They sat down to talk about the things of the Lord, and suddenly the old preacher saw a book on the shelf. "I can look at it?" Asked the younger. "Yes," replied the other, and after watching him a little, old preacher said: "So in this book have notes and notes and messages from your studies?". When the boy said yes, the old man gave two twenty dollars for his notebook. "Oh, no," said Young. Then he offered fifty dollars, and then, a hundred, but the boy still refused the offer. Then laughed the old preacher and said: "Of course not, because it's worth much more than any amount of money. When I was young like you, I trusted my memory, because it was good, but now, how much money I would not give to have memory of some of the things I saw then studying. My memory fails and I can not remember everything, and you, brother, you do well in writing. It is a good discipline and then have to refresh your memory and you can continue ministering and enriching the lives of believers. "
however good your memory is fallible and recognizes that you are not proud of it. The paper and ink are relatively cheap, so not hard to write the comments or findings that one is studying the Bible. Once up the mind, sometimes the ideas come flying and if you do not write, surely lose some of them. But writing them down, the future will have to review, compare and you will launching pad for further studies go further in the Word of God.
notes also serve to specify exactly what you've managed to discover, understand or appreciate in your studies. If you encounter difficulty pointing something during or after the time studying, maybe it's because you do not have very clear ideas yet and need further study. Sometimes left blank paper reflects a mind that is more or less the same condition. May indicate the need to prepare your heart in prayer and study seriously again, trusting in the Lord's help. Now that you know
what are the six simple secrets to study the Word of God, what will you do with them? I teach you the I can, and I can exhortarte to do them, but I can not determine for you that you will study seriously, and I can not study for you. This is the part that touches you now, you apply what you learn, to grow in the study of the Word of God. (completed series).

Worshippers Wanted

"But the time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him " (John 4:23).

found no such statement anywhere else in Scripture. Nowhere says that the Father is seeking something, but here the Son of God does know that the Father seeks true worshipers, who worship in spirit and in truth. Throughout this dispensation, the Father through the Spirit of God, seeks true worshipers. All those who accept the Lord Jesus Christ and are saved are as worshipers the Father wanted. It is true that we are saved to serve, but a sublime truth is that we are saved to worship. In fact, only if we worship it can serve well. This true worship is centered on the Lord Jesus Christ. True worshipers congregate under no earthly names, institutions, denominations, sects or parties, but in the name of Jesus Christ. The day will come when you finish "time" that the Father seeks such worshipers, this dispensation in which the true Church gathers come to an end, and ended other dispensations. The true church is taken to glory, and there is, in the book of Revelation, as a company of worshipers (Rev. 4-5).

proclaim the Lord's death until He comes
humbled himself and BORN
Philippians 2:5-8 reminds us that the Lord, being in very nature God, humbled himself to come to this world. Always lived with the Father, the Son eternal, Creator of all. But it was time to humble: the Incarnation. The birth of Jesus was not the beginning of His existence. God is eternal, and so Mary is the Mother of God, but the mother of our Lord (the instrument of His incarnation). Only Angels held a night His coming. Neither during his life or the Church in the New Testament no celebration of Christmas. What we are commanded to do in memory of him is the Lord's Supper, announcing His death until He comes.

died and rose
The purpose of the incarnation and birth was none other than die for our sins (1 Tim. 1:15). He came to save us. I had an appointment at Calvary on the cross. The resurrection of Jesus shows His divinity, His sinlessness and His power. It was impossible that the grave stop prisoner to the Prince of life. He defeated death with power!

SAT ascended and Bodily
ascended to heaven, seen by His disciples. Rose triumphant. He was received into glory. There is, at the right hand of the Majesty on high, sitting, waiting ...

WILL RISE, and REIGN COME

In Revelation 5 we see the moment when it rises, because John sees the Lamb standing ". Then everything changed in this world. For believers, the better, and unbelievers, much worse. His coming is not secret, but in glory and great power. Every eye will see. Fulfill God's plan. Answered prayer: "Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done as in heaven and in earth."
What good is held each week by the party who announces His death until He comes! Sent is the only memorial in the New Testament, and is sufficient.

In Rome, the Saturnalia was a joyous celebration but also reminiscent of that lost paradise.
This festival was held from 17 to 25 December and then for three days following the celebration took place the appointment of judges (11). During this event ceased work and friends used to exchange gifts and greetings, it freed the slaves and were even served by their masters. The first day was a sacrifice to Saturn, and day 19 is dedicated to Odis (Rea) Goddess of wealth and his wife. At the time of the Empire, with the progress of Romanization, in Carthage Saturn was associated with Baal. On that date were made horrific immolation of infants (12). ;

The Divine Call
Al Genuine repentance
by Dr. Charles Stanley

1. The importance of repentance.
How do we know that repentance is key to our enjoyment of the Christian life? For Jesus said: "It is written, and thus it behoved Christ to suffer and rise from the dead the third day, and will be preached in his name, repentance and forgiveness of sins to all nations ..." ( Luke 24:46-47). He provided for the forgiveness of sin through His death on the cross, and how to accept His gift is to repent of our sins, agreeing with God that we are short of what He expects of us: His glory (Rom. 3 : 23).

2. What is genuine repentance?
Jesus said: "I have come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance" (Luke 5:32). The call to repentance is really an invitation to salvation and away from our sinful ways. We begin the process of repentance acknowledging our need for a Savior and confessed that our actions have been contrary to the commands, wishes and God's plan. However, this is just the beginning.
In the Bible, the word repentance has two implications. The first has to do with genuine remorse of heart, because we've done wrong. The second is a change of direction regarding our events. If there is no commitment to turn away from our sins and walk in obedience to Christ, then there is no genuine repentance.
One problem that many experience I really do not feel sorry for having sinned against God. Instead, his sadness because their sin has been discovered. They might cry, to feel shame, and even apologize. However, no truly repent unless they recognize that they have violated God's holy requirements, and embrace His standards of behavior. As Isaiah 55:7 instructs: "Let the wicked forsake his way and the unrighteous man his thoughts, and return to Lord, and He will have mercy upon him, and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon. "
3. An excellent example - the prodigal son.
One of the best examples of genuine repentance in Luke 15:11-24 is the story of the prodigal son. The young man in the parable asked his father's inheritance to spend and live as he liked. But before spending too much time, I had wasted all and found himself in a terrible situation, tending pigs and facing starvation. Verses 16-17 tell us: "And he would fill his belly with the husks that the swine ate, no one gave him. He came to himself, said many hired servants of my father's have bread enough, and I perish with hunger! "That young
recognized his desperate condition felt that their way of life was poor and destructive. Therefore, not only felt remorse for his actions, but also changed their behavior. Verses 18-19 tell of it: "I will arise and go to my father and say: Father, I have sinned against heaven and against you. I am no longer worthy to be called thy son: make me as one of thy hired servants. "

ALL OR NOTHING
( Part IV)

Perhaps many years to believe in Christ. You may think that he is the Savior. But you've come to truly turn to Him? Are you now a convert? Without conversion there salvation.
can be a catechist, a nun or priest, a devotee of a saint, Sunday school teacher, youth workers, choir member, deacon or even a pastor, minister or priest in your church, but have you truly become? Have you given your life to the Lord Jesus Christ? Do you live to obey Him and please Him in everything? Do you wonder how he wants to do with your life? Do you work where he wants? Want to go wherever he wants to send you? Do you or stop doing things according to His will? Would you like your children to follow the Lord at all, wherever they lead? Do headed in the ways of God with your own example as well as with your words? Are you reading His Word every day so you can know and do His will?
The New Testament is full of commands given by Christ and the Holy Spirit through the apostles of the Lord. What is your attitude towards these commands of our Lord? Have you gone to Him in absolute and unconditional surrender, willing to trust Him in your life care also care of your soul for all eternity?
"You walk your own way of rebellion, self-will, but consider your rebellion is something small, about minor things? ANY REBELLION IS AS OPPOSED TO THE OBEDIENCE! Oh, well you can talk about being born again, and you know all the right language of evangelicals, but YOU REALLY BORN AGAIN?
Someone said that if Christ is Lord of all, is not Lord at all. Well, he already is Lord, and that does not depend on man, because God has made Lord, and gave him the name which is above every name. But another thing is if you allow Jesus Christ the Lord practically and personally in your life. If you want Christ to be your Savior, you also receive as your Lord. All or nothing.
In the past God has allowed governments and anti-Christian philosophies take control in places where Christianity was only one death and other forms of paganism. You can do it again! Today in many churches preach a gospel of "light", "decaffeinated", and so called "Christians" have been sleeping with a false sense of security, and they still live as they please. Dude, are you one of them? God does not recognize such people as His. Christ said that we will be judged by His word (John 12:48). And the view of God may come sooner than you think.
If this message has shocked or disturbed, it's easy that you'll find many preachers or counselors who will ensure you are well. But what does our Lord of the leaders who refuse to accept the truth? We have His words in Matthew 15:14, which says: "They are blind guides, and if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the hole."
Is this what you want - you calm down a little consciousness? Think about the consequences! If you're not sure if I have rightly or wrongly, come to the Bible. Above all, read the New Testament and ask the Lord to enlighten you with the truth. If has been raised with the gospel "light" of modern evangelicalism, it can be hard to believe that all this time has been wrong. You want to trust your baptism, others call you a believer, in that it takes years in a church, where preachers know, that enjoy singing hymns or going to conferences, etc., but let God be the judge! Go to Him with an honest desire, sincerely, to know the truth about your condition, and He will teach His Word.
If God has convinced the truths presented here, right now you seek His forgiveness in an attitude of trust, commitment and accountability unconditional. Pray and tell him in your own words what your mistake and sin, do you think about the Lord Jesus Christ, and what do you want Him. Confess that you were a rebellious sinner, you have lived your life as you pleased, and Rindel your heart. Trust and agree that He died for you on Calvary's cross. Accept Him as your Savior, as he who forgives you and cleanses you, and submit to Him as your Lord, as one who will govern. He rose and lives to save and govern all who believe in Him. If you think like that in your heart, confess with your mouth, like Romans 10:9-10 says. Invoke the name of the Lord and be saved.
No entrará en tu vida hasta you surrender to Him by faith. And if you did not fit, have no life.
The only time you really have to make sure of salvation is now. There are no promises about tomorrow or the day. If you wait, you can lose everything and gain nothing by delay. God can end your life tonight. Accept your offer as is, and will enjoy for eternity.
Immediately after accepting the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in your life, you must give this news to someone as soon as possible. Romans 10:9-10 says: "If you confess with your mouth Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation ". One of the proofs that God does in your sincerity is to test your willingness and desire to talk about him, without shame, in the same way that speak of your mother or your father.
Another test of your sincerity is your willingness to be identified with Christ in His death for you. He died because of your sin. If you have become to him, you've taken your cross and died to sin. As Lord, our Savior has commanded every believer to testify of His death for us and our death to sin through water baptism. As says the sixth chapter of Romans that we cited earlier whole baptism symbolizes the burial of our old life and our resurrection to live a new life.
This may sound contrary to what you've learned, but it is, and honestly ask that you consult your own Bible. The Acts of the Apostles has many references to baptism. Browse Acts 2:38,41, 8:12,38, 10:47-48, 16:15, 18:8 and 22:16. Every converted person mentioned in the book of Acts was baptized.
How important is baptism? Yes it is. All the commandments of Christ are important! His disobey any order to live in rebellion. Some Israelis may have thought it unnecessary to sprinkle the blood of the paschal lamb on the doors of their houses. What would have happened if they had ignored this commandment obeying, they identified with the people of God and thereby avoid their trial (Exodus 11 and 12).
Follow Christ all the way, completely, fully, not half, and then you have this joyful certainty that you belong, and that His promise of forgiveness and eternal life is yours.
Living for the Lord, there will be moments you realize that you failed at something. Do not let the devil use this failure as a whip on you! But then you go to God in prayer and contrition, confess your sins to be forgiven and cleansed (1 John 1:9). A child, when learning to walk, he stumbles or loses balance and falls many times. But is not there in the dream, but it gets up and walks again. And as we all know, every time falls less.
Someone wrote: "The true Christian is not one that has lost its capacity to sin, but the desire and disposition to sin. Although a Christian is not perfect in deeds, yes it should be in their intentions. "
Discouragement and bereaved can come even when you're truly living for the Lord. But let me remind you "to those who love God all things work together for good, that is, who according to His purpose are called" (Romans 8:28). All things. This discourages you, the loss of a loved one, even when others misunderstand you and you do not understand, and even the saddest experience of your life - all things - are working together for your good if you really, love God and are His.
There are some things to keep considered to live an effective life for your Lord now. The first one is that you need spiritual food. This is going to get by reading the Bible, the Word of God for you, and through your meditation on it. But God also provides for other believers and disciples of the Lord Jesus feed you with His Word, giving instruction and encouragement and consolation biblically. Ephesians 4:11-12 and 1 Peter 5:2 emphasize the importance of being fed with sound biblical teaching. Secondly you need
communion with your Lord and God, and you can enjoy it through prayer and personal worship. A word that God uses to describe the wicked is: "ungrateful" (2 Timothy 3:2). God's love to you and yours to him, are appreciated when you spend time praying, talking with Him, praising and giving thanks.
Next, you need spiritual equivalent of "fresh air and sunshine." This illustrates what you get when you're in fellowship with other believers and disciples of the Lord. What good is talking with other believers about the things that are real, beautiful and timeless! The temporal things of this life are so insignificant when we consider what God has prepared for those who love him! Do not say you do not need the church, because this would neglect what Christ has done - the church is His body and the congregations of his disciples are a local expression of this great and unique body of Christ, the Church. Hebrews 10:24-25 teaches us about the spiritual needs of every true child of God. So you have to deliver, meet and form part of a congregation where the true Word of God is preached and practiced, and you will receive strength, support and encouragement on the road. But this communion and fellowship need not just a couple of hours each week, but also outside the meetings of the church. Open your heart and home to receive your brothers and sisters in Christ, and choose to be with them and not alone. Visit them, not your favorite but all the brothers, without bias or partiality. These are the spiritual requirements for the entire year.
Consider life starting now about yourself, and give yourself to live for the glory of God. Live in the present, not sinful and sad memory of the past. Dedicate yourself to build your new life, not to dream about the future or bitterness by remembering the past! The apostle Paul said: "one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press toward the mark for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 3:13-14). Let the sad experiences of your past serve as reminders and to strengthen you in this. If the fervor has died down, avívalo. Do not be content with a passive existence, but give yourself to live again, to really live, this time to Christ and eternal things!
I have tried to do as the Apostle Paul, who said: "nothing that was helpful to have shied away from and have taught" (Acts 20:20). Will you be so faithful to others? If someone gives directions that only tell half the truth, this causes it to lose the people who try to follow - and stuff spiritual teachings that are as half-way trips and bring death.
Let me encourage you to come to read this book. That the truths presented here take hold of you, gripping your soul and rooted deep in your heart, and the result is eternal fruit for the Lord Jesus Christ in your life!
